This is a decorative approach to the Fish theme as seen previously in Fish #1, #2, and #3. By subtracting detailed symbolic elements, Flower Fish focuses on texture and vibrancy. Done completely in acrylic, the gold outline is thick gel medium mixed with glazing liquid. The flower scales are combinations of interference, iridescent, and pearlescent acrylic paint, resulting in an enamel like quality.
